Associate Member – Company

Associate member legal entity can be any company (regardless of the form of association), civil society or association that is interested in the field of competition law, intellectual property law and unfair competition law, regardless of the field of activity, as long as it consents to adhere to the objectives and statutes of ARCON and to contribute constructively to the exchange of information and experience on topics of interest. Each Associate Member legal entity may designate, each year, the persons (not more than three) who will represent it in ARCON during that year. The Associate Member legal entity may change its representatives during the year in accordance with the ARCON Statutes.
